Rise of the Bloody Hand: Outpost
Mithril Gate has become a very crowded place to live over the past few years. While some of this is due to a sudden burst of growth in a race well-known for being relatively small in number, the real cause of the overcrowding is the presence of the refugees from Kher Adain. While the former residents of the once-bustling trade outpost have been treated well, there is no space for them anymore and the Dvergar are getting fed up.
Fortunately, fate has provided a solution. An Adain adventurer has returned from a trip to Sava-Ruel with reports of an abandoned keep about three days' travel from the port city. The High King has commanded the Great Clans to send their best along with the refugees to ensure they survive the journey and whatever trials await them in this new land.
This is a story about a group of four Dwarves (and, perhaps, their allies) sent to colonize a new land. This tale will be equal parts adventure and realm management, as the Dwarves will come with a retinue and refugees they must protect and settle with. I am seeking 4 to 7 players, and the roles of the Dwarf leaders be taken first.
There is a rules system in place that will be run behind the scenes so that the players can concentrate on the story.
