Now recruiting for an OD&D (Holme/Mentzer) game in a somewhat generic fantasy world.  I'll be running modules starting with B4 (The Lost City).  I work, have a home which requires upkeep, and a wife which requires more, so I won't be doing more than about three moves per week.

If you're looking for an easygoing, easy rules system game to add to your lineup, or want to game but don't have a ton of free time to be always checking for game updates and trying to respond fast to get a word in edge-wise, this will be a game for you.

It starts in the forum.  The group has joined a desert caravan and things go sideways.  Characters can be lawful (good), neutral, or chaotic (evil).  If you need some help with the game system, which is extremely simple compared to modern RPGs, send me a private message and I'll be glad to help you with it. When and if you're ready to join the game, just click on the link at the top of this thread and send a request to join (RTJ).

2015-04-28: We've got a full roster at this time, so I'm shutting down recruitment for the time being.  I'll start recruiting again if slots should open up.

We've lost the player for our surly (and only slightly insane) dwarf!  We need YOU to help us as we crawl through a step pyramid that our ill-fated desert caravan fetched up against in a sandstorm.  We're working our way down from the top, and are currently on the third tier.

We have between one (1) and three (3) actions per week, and the game pace is relatively sedate.  IC and OOC conversations are going well and we're all having a good time.  Come join us!
