Magic is real. Most people go about their lives believing people like David Blaine or Penn and Teller are doing magic, but their tricks are just simple slight of hand and misdirection. Magic, like from video games, Dungeons and Dragons, throwing fireballs and flying like superman, that's all real. And it's the dopest thing there is. Welcome to the middle of Nowhere, Kansas. A large city crossed between a metropolis and hick town. A large sprawling city that has a large river running through it and dozens of farms and croplands around it. It’s that sort of city where everyone knows each other by at least 6 degrees. Nothing amazing ever happens in this town, at least not that we know of. Cause there’s more to this world than meets the eye. It is in fact in parallel to an old world of magic.
Know as the Old World, magic creatures and user of magic have been living just out of reach to our own. The only thing that separates us from them is a magical barrier called the Veil. A clever British man in a tiny blue box might describe it as being 'One second out of sync'. Problem is, some of those creatures and magic users aren't so nice, and they’re finding ways through the Veil and into our world.
A few good magic users are needed to help stop that.

The game is mostly me heavily experimenting with the O.R.E system. And is taken pretty lightly. So both newbies and veterans are both wanted. Don't expect a long arcing plot filled with twists and turns. Expect short little adventures that are episodic nature. If it helps think of it as a saturday morning cartoon. Each episode is a self contained adventure against the bad guy of the week, with a few tidbits of a larger story.
It's going to be light hearted, funny, adventurous. Be not only creative in your writing, be cooperative.
