The northern lands of the Kingdom are threatened by giants and their minions. Farms are destroyed and villages ransacked. Even the border keeps cannot hold against the might of the giants.

The call for heroes went out across the land and you responded. In the city of Threshold you gathered, heroes one and all. Finally the chosen band of heroes set out along with a small number of men-at-arms. You searched and followed trails and finally you stand on a hill overlooking a valley.

A massive wooden fortress sits in the valley. Smoke rises up from multiple chimneys. The booming voices of giants echo across the valley. Your foe lies below you.

I've lost a multiple players in part due to the slowing down of the pace of the game. For the next three months or so, this game will be running at roughly 1 major game post from the GM per week.

That said, if you're interested in playing, I have a couple of characters who could use new players:

Krindi Fain, half-elf, paladin (devotion) 10
Vendial Forinthedal, elf, fighter (eldritch knight) 10

Alternatively I could bring in one or two new custom PCs. This would require that you follow the rules laid out in the Request to Join thread. I have plenty of primary casters and am mostly interested in combat focused melee types.
