A Fallout-inspired strategy game; The Wastes: Southern Winds
Ever since the Vikings set out on their first raids and the Romans began their conquest of Europe and Africa, war has been waged over everything from glory, religion, to wealth and territory. As time went on the goals for war grew more ambitious, as did it's spoils and eventually, the rewards of war would also become it's weapons; Petroleum and uranium. Finally, in the year 2077 after millennia of armed conflict, Humankind could sustain itself no longer. In only two hours, Human civilization was extinguished, when the Earth was doused in atomic flames and left in charred ruins. Who started it or why, is irrelevant - For what matters, is that the Atomic Holocaust was not, the end of all things, as some had predicted. Instead, it merely marked the beginning of yet another bloody chapter, of Human history. For war..

Taking place 200 years after the Great War wiped out Human civilization, the Wastes takes you to the Southern Wasteland; Ranging from the edges of New Mexico, to the southernmost tip of Florida and the northern shores, of North Carolina. Create and manage settlements, in the ruins of a city or town, surrounded by inhospitable wasteland. Facing off against mutants, raiders and rival settlements, it'll be your task to ensure the survival of your people. Will you lead them to a glorious future of prosperity, or will you repeat the mistakes of history and become annihilated by your foes?
