Re: Star Trek / Battlestar Galactica crossover
GM:
This is a collaborative fanfiction with battles, sometime sever but not every single post. Character growth is paramount, your character will be allowed to grow, and possible die. It happens but really really rarely. While there will be action I'm looking for writers and storytellers to focus on the "human" elements of characters and social situations and it will not be first-come, first-served.
So if you've ever imagined what might happen if the "ragtag fugitive fleet on a lonely quest for a shining planet known as Earth" actually made it — and, like so many others, didn't care for the (thankfully) short-lived Galactica 1980 series — then let's put our heads together and see what we can come up with, shall we?
co-GM:
So where are we now? Battlestars Galactica and Pegasus with their rag-tag fleet have arrived at the system code named 63 Tango, a habitable planet that had an outpost orbiting it. Behind them followed two aged, crippled Cylon Basestars who’s Imperious Leader, upon discovering the strange alien ships (the Federation and Klingon) waiting for them decided upon a one shot all in battle.
It was, of course, messy.
What Cylon’s remained have fallen back, but they will be back. 63 Tango was determined to be too dangerous for Colonization at present so Battlestar Pegasus, with a Federation Escort, traveled on to the system known as Pearl where the Colonists found themselves welcomed with open arms (wait until they eventually run into a Ferengi though.)
Meanwhile Battlestar Galatica, along with USS Bonaventure (a long past its prime Galaxy class ship) and the newer USS Atlas with the Klingon ship IKA Katail remain at 63 Tango deflecting Cylon probes, all while guarding the building of better defenses. You see Outpost 63 Tango sort of ended up at the bottom of the planets ocean.
Neither the BORG or Q will make an appearance, the BORG are crippled by Janeway’s little excision through their Transwarp system while the Q’s civil war had reduced them to a limited handful that are no longer interested in 'playing with lessor species.’
Due to a prolonged ‘outage’ we have lost several players, we welcome anyone interested, just drop by, look around and see if it interest’s you. You do not have to play a canon character as almost any -pure- race (no 1/10th Borg, 1/32 Vulcan...) currently known in Star Trek is available to you, except Horta’s, they tend to ruin the carpets.
