It's Stardate 2409.

 Starfleet has advanced to a point that it can fight the Borg and it has no longer become a threat thanks to the late and since exonerated Admiral Janeway. An incident involving her and the Klingons has lead to her disappearance and rocky relations with the Klingons for decades. The following aftermath lead to a technological race between the Klingons and the Federation.

 The Klingons had made a truce with the Romulans and caused a political upheaval, using extortion tactics and threats of raiding Romulan systems bordering the neutral Zone. The Klingons forced the truce with the threat of destroying Romulan planets with weapons of mass destruction. They orchestrated the assassination of their Empress Dahl'Han and the fall of the Rumulan Federation-friendly Empire.

 The hostilities have lasted for almost a decade after the conclusion of the Dominion War. During that time both sides have had technological breakthroughs such as Time Travel and advanced Holo technology as well as mobile portable replicaters.

 Dying of old age is almost a thing of the past as Starfleet scientists have discovered how to even replicate and revive living tissue using replicator and nanoprobe technology.

 Starfleet officers are being replaced with sophisticated holo technology and androids more and more as they race through the 25th century...

 Application

 Submit an idea for a unique, colorful character that could perhaps be part of a new spin off series. We're going to play it loosely by episodes with each episode highlighting different challenges and role playing scenarios.

 Can be any race including hologram and android.

 We are using the FATE system which rules can be found online. You get to spend 25 points on your 12 abilities. None can be less then 1 or greater then 4 to start.

 You start with one expert approach (+3) two good approaches (+2)
 Two fair (1) and one poor.

 The approaches are:
Engineering, Tactical, Command, Science, Operations and Medical.

 Characters start with 9 advantage points to spend on Heroic and expert advantages. Will list them and abilities inside the game.

 Write the different aspects for your character including life goals and aspirations, colorful background, appearance etc. You can make it brief an elaborated when excepted.

  I am looking for department heads for each of the 6 approaches and will be making NPCs for those positions not filled. If I get more then 1 good app for a position I will have to give it to one and make the other an ensign under that Chief. Looking for from 4 to 12 characters.

  I am running a game based on an idea I have for a continuing series in the Star Trek Saga involving the distant futre, timelines and distortion, use of artifiicial life forms instead of people ( why wouldn't they after what happened to Voyager).

 This game takes place in the timeline that Admiral Janeway left behind when she stole Klingon Tacheon generator and traveled back in time to save her crew. All the federation and Klingons know is Janeway stole from both parties and has gotten away without any explaination. ( Except to the deranged Tuvok)

 I am looking for players that want to be and act like real Starfleet officers and know the story. I am not an expert at Star Trek or the history of the genera, but I am a big fan and have a truely overactive imagination.

 I have created a few characters to go along with the story that are a part of my initial idea.

Still looking for players come on guys it's going to be epic.
