It's been a few years since the solar flares. They effectively destroyed life as we know it, rendering society apart and forcing governments to build walls to further ensure fatalities and crime do not occur.

This game is focusing on the the ones left behind. Orphans.
(As well as anyone who refused to go inside the walls)

In this game about orphans and those left behind, is there a new civilization that has eked out an existence in the wastelands or are there only small bands of the abandoned the wander the wastes?
