A Simple D&D 3.5 Game Needs Intrepid Adventurers

I'm running a game for those seeking a simpler D&D game (core three books only).  As members of an adventuring guild, you go about the country solving problems too strange for the local guard.

People new to the game are welcome.

I'm looking for one player to play our about-to-be-6th level Human Barbarian.

You will have some freedom to tweak the character sheet as needed to fit your style.

The game is a solid mix of role-playing and combat, so you can flex your story muscles as well as your character's physical ones.

In your RTJ please either give me a paragraph or two of a role-playing writing sample - something from another game, or just something you pulled out of your hat.  I want to see your writing abilities.

Hey there, I am interested in joining and wouldn't mind taking over a character But I am a huge noob to this site and not sure how it works or how to join a game. Ive played D&D many times I understand roll playing.

So the first post still shows you are looking for three, I would not mind helping out. don't know witch two are open, but I love playing a wizard, and thieves are always fun, not so into druids but can do in a pinch.

Russ, I already have my slots filled for now, but thanks for the interest.  (In the future, it's preferred to do an RTJ at the game thread, as I check that far more often than my advertising thread.)

I am in need of two replacement players for the following characters:

Haazheel Thorn - LG Male Human Wizard 2 (going up to level 3)

Farian Raymellie - NG Male Human Cleric of Pelor 2 (going up to level 3)

Both characters can have their sheets tweaked to a new player's liking.

In your RTJ, please submit a writing sample of a paragraph or two.  (This can be an old character background, a bit of dialogue, even some made-up history for one of these characters).
