Worlds Collide
In the year 2015 when the world seemed destined for ruin the elements of time and space ripped the world apart. The mystical energies of the worlds lei lines erupted tearing the world further asunder. Panic and chaos became the norm while local and federal governments struggled to regain order and control. After the dust had settled, several new countries were formed. One such country dedicated its resources to technology and the preservation of humanity, The Coalition of Preservation States. In their pursuit for order they declared all nonhuman beings a threat declaring war on anything that was even suspect of being nonhuman.
Now here we are 5 years later, society has returned to a relatively normal pace. However, a looming threat is present in the form of Dimensional Beings and time rifts. Nothing is as it seems anymore but the world still despises mutant kind as the Coalition has turned public opinion and blamed them for the lei lines, calling it a punishment from the cosmos for allowing such creatures to exist.
