Calling All Prospective Knights and Heroes!
Welcome to Erenor Academy!
The Kingdom of Erenor is a land on the borders of the civilized empires to the south and the chaotic wilds of the north. Its fertile farmlands and excellent position for trade has brought it great prosperity. Strong hearted Men make their livelihoods in the great plains and farmlands, free spirited Elves make scavenge and hunt in the forests, hard-working Dwarves dig through their mines, and the mighty Beastfolk happily wander the lands nomadically. But although Erenor is a land of plenty, it is not a land of peace. Bandits prey on the merchant caravans travelling the roads, monsters from in and out of the kingdom attack defenseless villages, and its neighbors often conspire to capture its wealth. The kingdom needs heroes to defend it, brave heroes to combat the forces that conspire against it. These heroes are Knights, brave warriors outside of the regular army that drive back the monsters and enemies of the realm. With the recent increase in monster attacks and fear of the Empire of Bolga to the West, the kingdom has needed more knights than ever. Thus, they have thrown away the old apprenticeship system and have instead have followed the Mages’ guild in the construction of Erebus University, a center for the training of knights from all races. You are one such entrant into this wonderful school. However, your blissful days of training are cut short by the emergence of new dangers to the land. Now, you must battle to save the kingdom from the forces that conspire against it.
This is a mix of a school RP and a classic dungeon crawling game. We're keeping the system light for the moment, although if we need to we'll find a good system. Come and enjoy a fun, freeform adventure appropriate for all skill levels, from beginners to veterans. We're looking for players to create students and for GMs to run adventures.
