Demon: Acts of God
A handful of newly Fallen Demons find themselves in Los Angeles just moments before a massive earthquake strikes. As signs begin to point to the God-Machine's involvement, the Unchained are left to determine the reasons behind the disaster. Was it a glitch? Is the God-Machine suffering some catastrophic breakdown? Or is this part of some greater plan?
Meanwhile, a nearby Agency begins sending its own Unchained to investigate. Yet these newcomers act with little regard for secrecy, almost as if they were trying to draw attention.
In the ravaged Los Angeles, relentless aftershocks drag the city further into chaos. Demons find it a simple matter to gather followers and pacts.
And as the earth splits open, secrets long buried are exposed. Angels sweep down to contain them, but every aftershock shakes loose another occult trove. What has fallen, may rise again.
