Loosely based on the Nightshade series by Andrea Cremer, this is a remake of a remake and no knowledge of the books are needed.

In this town, there exists two groups that live on either side of the mountain. They live in remote, but modern developments with extended families and go to the Mountain School. These groups are special because they can exist in two forms, human and wolf.

Hunted by humans and controlled by witches, the young ones have anything but a normal life. Join as a teen were-wolf or their parents, a jaded hunter, out for blood or a Keeper, the witches that command the wolves.

We're starting a mini-plot soon and it's easy to jump in.

Players can be hunters, witches, wolves, or even just normal humans. Take over an NPC or just be a lurker if you want to test the waters.

No knowledge of the setting is needed. Friendly players and (hopefully perceived as) helpful GMs :)

You can also be one of the 'witches' that control their own personal band of shifters or a hunter who lives to destroy them.

Recently, an unknown power has incapacitated some of out pack-mates, you can help us try and find out who, or what, did it!

Hunters are closed, but there are still places for wolves. One keeper spot is still open!

Shifters ONLY. Our hunters are starting to out number our huntees so we need more to fight!

Soon, we'll be setting up to clean house for some of the players who've dropped out, you don't wanna miss it!

Our game is very, very loosely based on the Nightshade Series by Andrea Cremer. The game takes place in a quaint mountain town that is protected by two rival Guardian wolf packs known as the Brisbanes and the Nightshades, both of which are available to join (the Brisbanes being predominantly males but females are certainly welcome and vice versa applies to the Nightshade pack). The two rival alphas were destined at a young age to be mated and merge into one pack but there are certainly some aspects that have been seemingly rather difficult for the packs and their Keepers, the magical beings who are in control of the packs.

The two young packs must deal with Hunters (the name says it all), protecting their centuries long secret while protecting the humans inhabiting the town, and all along with the everyday pressures of that of a high schooler.

As of right now, we are looking for extremely dedicated and patient players for this game. We've had quite the handful of difficulties with our players not sticking around which has caused the game to inch by at a handicapped snail's pace. It's been about a year since we've started and we only just recently finished the first day. With that said, a lot has happened in that one day, and we've definitely kept the game alive with our trusty dedicated players that have stuck through the hard times, exams, and what have you. So, please, if you're interested in joining, we'd love to have you and get the game moving at a faster rate.

We're mainly looking for more Guardians at this time but humans are also welcomed. I believe we are full in other positions unless you feel you can convince the two GMs that the character you wish to have can be an asset to the game. Again, we are looking for dedicated players. If you do not think you can handle a slow-paced game (meaning maybe only a few posts a week atm, but hoping to increase once more players are added) then this is, unfortunately, probably not the game for you.

Recently, our male alpha has been overcome by RL and, because of this, is no longer able to continue the game. In his place, we require a male shifter with exceptional leadership qualities. This character would have been recruited from a different pack to fill our vacancy, but the specifics can be worked out with whomever fills his place.

In the mean time, other players are still welcome, male, female or otherwise, shifter, humans, or witches.
