In an apocalyptic future ruled by vampires, will you survive
The year was 1644, a significant year in the history of man. It was a time when vampires had decided to come out from hiding and claimed their right to rule from kings and queens who flourished during these medieval times. They took over the human world within a year as mankind was enslaved by their new masters. There was no pity nor mercy as human were merely labeled as slaves and food, they were simply objects or property to these creatures.
Time moved slowly for the humans as they lived out their remaining years only to be gutted, bitten or even tortured to death. For decades the song was the same as cries of agony and sorrow rung through out the world. After decades and decades of neglect, Vampires have just begun to realize the alarming decline of a food source. Humans are being brought to extinction just by the over-excessive slaughter of their kind. It came to a point that even animals around the world were being subjected to their fangs due to the scarcity of humans. A whole ecosystem of animals around the world gone within a year as Vampires took no discretion and consumed everything in their path. The world became a wasteland while nature slowly died due to the lack of life. On the year 1731, A huge number of the vampire population have fallen prey to hunger while some who still remained battled against faction upon faction, trying to take what the other had. The handful of humans who were still alive.
The year is now 3781, two thousand years have passed since the famine that occurred during the 1700s. The world is but a wasteland, a planet filled with sand and drought while continents lay barren with nothing but death. In the continent of North America currently now known as the Nhile Lands, stood only 3 cities. These cities are grand by design, protected by walls made of moving machines that stood beyond two hundred feet high. Gates that moved on their own with a push of a button while streets within the city were powered by an unknown source of energy. These technological breakthroughs and even their source of being was lost through time. Humans and Vampires alike have lost scriptures and records of how these walls gave birth.
Each city were founded and currenly ruled by three different factions of Vampires. Each one have their own different goals, culture and aspects of their nature.
First is the City of Letho, formerly known as the state of Colarado; The city is currently ruled by Vampires who drinks not only blood but of flesh as well. Records shows that the bloodline of these Vampires came from their forefather, Lethos. An ancient who evolved during the famine and was able to consume, blood, meat and even fish. Humans are nothing but slaves and a considerable work force for the Vampires in Letho. They are known to serve their masters and nothing more.
Second is the City of Balrog, formerly known as the state of California; The city is currently ruled by Vampires who have lost sense of control, They only drink blood but they do not know the meaning of stop. The Vampires of Balrog have no sense of order. They are no more than barbaric animals that will drink the world dry as they seek chaos and destruction. Records shows that the bloodline of these Vampires came from their forefather, Balrog. An ancient who lost his mind during the famine and have believed it was his divine duty to eat everyone in the world, pledging his tainted soul to an unknown God. Humans are nothing but food to these vampires. They are not even considered slaves and treated anything but meat.
Last is the City of Halos, formerly known as the state of Washington; The city is currently ruled by Vampires and even humans alike. The Vampires that currently reside in Halos only drink and consume vampire blood. Records shows that the bloodline of these Vampires came from their forefather, Halos. An ancient who evolved during the famine and was able to accommodate vampire blood rather than a human's. It was simple evolution, humans were rare during the famine and led to one outcome; consuming the only population that was abundant at that time, vampire-kind. Humans are treated as equals in this city while vampires are treated as slaves. Not every vampire are treated as such, only criminals, prisoners, and a vampire from a different faction.
Who will you be? A vampire, a Human, a Hunter? Will you save this world or let it die?
Notice: Due to lack of activity form the old players, the game has been rebooted. It will start from scratch and everyone is invited to try this world out.
