I don't know if this would be applicable here, and while I know it'd probably take a great deal of work, I was curious if the PM system could revamped in a system of three; one for the RTJs, one for PMs between GMs, and one for players. Like I said, I know it'd take quite a bit of work if it could work, but I'm a tiny bit curious if it could work. I'm asking this on a matter of organization in the PM system.

Personally I prefer not having a secoond pile of RTJs from my GM PMs.
