I want to play a spell caster who had been transported to another world from this world (perhaps through using a google lens or QR Reader type app to accidentally read a magic teleport scroll). She scans the codes she finds and downloads the effect as another app on her phone.

I'd like to play it in Modern AGE, with Cinematic Rules, with the Substitution variant of gaining power (Unlimited, plus the ability to substitute talents from Background, Profession, and Drive for degrees in power talents)

I want to play a specific character (someone who is likely to be randomly taking pictures and putting them on social media) but I'd rather not declare what type here because I can't remember whether it's this one or Wanted Players where that's not allowed. Now under default rules you can't really do that because you have to roll, but I notice point buy doesn't allow you to buy default attributes below zero. I'm thinking to compensate for the required upper class, I could have up to three -1s (as would any other player if they wanted a social class above outsider, with lower and middle requiring one or two -1s respectively).

So yeah, is there a Modern AGE GM willing to operate within those parameters?
