Well, thanks to the Bundle of Holding, I’m now completely down the rabbit hole of Shadowrun5. I am familiar with SR1-3 and still have the first edition SR1 on my shelf. I heard some bad stuff about SR5 so never looked into it… now I can’t believe that I missed this!

I’m looking for someone to run me through the game with the following desires…

Original Campaign
Game Type
>The “vanilla shadowrun vs. corporation” is kinda old hat to me.
>I’d prefer something different like from the Dark Shadows (War, Espionage, Humanitarian) or a Coyote… or even just tasked with missions that don’t involve infiltrations of building after building on behalf of a duplicitous Mr. Johnson.

Location
>No Seattle, frankly no North America would be preferred. I’ve spent way too much time on those streets in the old days.
>I would really like to play something in Africa or the Caribbean. I see there are supplements for both. Also the Far East (mainland) or Oceania would be cool.
>Basically a place with large urbans separated by water or the wilds so travel would be a plot feature

Some ideas that sound really, really interesting to me:

>Smuggling in the wilds of Africa sometimes illegal stuff, other times humanitarian aid through conflict zones. (Coyote/Africa)
>As above but in the Caribbean or Far East/Oceania.
>Soldier of Fortune/Merc in Africa, SouthAm or some other place (not NorAm)
>Spy/Covert Ops in the same locations.
>A security/medical team in same locations working for Doctors Without Borders or something.
>Any of the above working for arcanoarchaelogy firms or hunting paranimals etc.
>Same locations but working law enforcement, bounty-hunting etc.

Barring a GM interested in that, a run-through some of the campaigns or adventures for SR5 would be great. As above, I would prefer one that was not in Seattle… and a different country would be even more welcome but I’ll take what I can get.

Since I don’t own any… I’m perfect for it!

>No issues with solo/troupe/or group
>Prefer a Rigger so I can play around with vehicle rules otherwise an investigative mage so I can mess around with magic rules.
