I am looking for a campaign that would have us play as a Ruler (Noble of some kind or even a God that develops his lands etc etc). Game system is not important as I don’t mind learning a new system if need be.

I am comfortable with free form systems (which are generally how these types of games go) and can post daily. I run a campaign like this myself but would also enjoy playing in one. (always  the GM, never the player :) )

Note i can play SOLO or as a group, either way is fine with me.

I would be able to help drive the story as a player if put in the solo setting (i don’t expect to be fed every action by the GM)  but would like it to have a “point” (meaning a Grand Scheme or story arc to be played out)
