I've only recently had the chance to look at this system and it's perked a bit of interest.

Campaign Ideas:
1) Titan A.E. => only instead of finding Earth, you're finding Golarion.
2) An all Lashunta campaign: mercs, agents, etc (doesn't matter)

The second interests me more than the first.

The first definitely is of intrest to me. It ties in really well with the Gap, making an amazing backdrop. Even if we never find it, making/discovering a new world would be awesome.

My current Starfinder game stalled, so if there is a GM out there...

I'm still looking for this, even if it's a solo game.

Did they ever fix/errata the ship combat/skill scaling system?  If so, I'm still interested in giving this game a try.

Starfinder

I am very experienced with Pathfinder both as player and GM.  I have GMed D&D from 1st Ed AD&D through 4th Ed (hated it, went back to PF.)  I have also run sci-fi games in a couple different systems.

Problem is, I am very unfamiliar with Starfinder.  I have played one demo game at a Con, and I have the core book.  Looking at the bare bones of the Lashunta world, I like the idea of disparate city-states, and I like the idea of a single race party (even if Lashunta cheat a little by being almost 2 races.)

I am willing to try to GM a Lashunta game, starting on the homeworld and not immediately worrying about ships and space travel.  My first thought is that of a merc company that does some work for one of the city-states.  Not controlled by the City-State, but having a good relation.

If you are willing to be patient with me, I think I can run an interesting game for 2 or 3 players.  I have ordered the Pact Worlds book, should be here on Tuesday (insert grumble about Paizo not including pdf version with purchase of print copy).  I don't know how much detail there is in that book about Castrovel's various City-States, or if there is another book with that detail.  If it is not already available, a little sandboxing could be fun.

Let me know if you are willing to give this a go.  If you would prefer a more experienced Starfinder GM, I won't be offended.

I have created a game and have added the three of you to the game.

I will be receiving a couple of the books tomorrow, but will not be able to do much with them as I have a Deadlands game session to go to Tuesday.  I should have a better idea of the material that is available on Wednesday.  Feel free to discuss in the game thread.  There is only one at this point, for our discussions.

I'm interested in this too.  Any type of game would suit me as I've just got the book and am looking to learn the system and get familiar with concepts of the game and setting.

I may step up to the plate on this one. Give me a day to get a handle on the concept. And it may take till the weekend to work out all the details.

I'm thinking of going with the original ideas posted by Hunter at the beginning of this thread--all Lashuntas characters AND searching for a lost planet.
