I've wanted to play more of the ASOIAF system by Green Ronin, or in the setting.

I think there are quite a number of people who feel the same way, including your’s truly. If anyone happened to set up a game that got past the house creation, I’m all in.

Yes, you can give GM privileges to anyone in the game. However, if you start a game, it is often preferrable you run it, at least for a while.

I'm considering running a game using that setting & rule set. I wanted to start with all the characters being very young, children, all living in the same House. The ones who are not nobles of the House are their friends. Every adventure would be about a year apart, resulting in gradual aging up of the characters.
