I would be very interested in playing in a futuristic version of the Legend of the Five Rings. Instead of an entire Empire, the setting could be a single futuristic city that's beset on all sides by the forces of the Void. Clans would inhabit various Arcologies, similar in many ways to the mega-Corporations in Shadowrun.
The rules set would dictate some of the setting details. Is there actually magic? Is it available to the PC's side, or only the forces of darkness?
Despite the danger pressing in on the stalwart Crab defenders on all sides, human nature is what it is. The opportunity for intrigue is ever-present. Clan Scorpion information brokers sway through the red-light districts in the latest and most daring dresses. Clan Unicorn motorcycle gangs streak past normal traffic like its standing still to elude Clan Dragon cyber-monks leaping from car to car in pursuit. Clan Phoenix scientists conduct dangerous experiments in isolated hot-labs to try to better understand, and perhaps leverage, the alien powers of the Void. Clan Lion CEO's and politicians direct vast resources from the glittering spires and board rooms of their domains, only to be brought low by whisper campaigns powered by social media. The minor clans seek their own opportunities, ever hungry for recognition and advancement should one of the major clans waver.
And as always, Clan Crab stands sentinel at the walls, under-supported and under-appreciated.
There is a Starfinder supplement using cyberpunk rules on kickstarter that I'd enjoy using (

More generally speaking, I'd enjoy a good mix of combat, social intrigue, romance, politics, and exploration.
