There's apparently a kickstarter for a new 7th ed of the BattleLords of the 23rd Century RPG.  Copies of the open playtest version of the rules are available from DriveThruRGP.

Any enterprising BattleMasters out there who'd like to take a crack at running some combat scenarios to try them out?
