Homes for Characters!

I've a few characters that are in need of homes!

But first!  Contrary to some of my previous ads, I am not looking for specific settings and restrictions that are or were, nearly as limiting as before.  There are a couple that I am bit picky about, but others not so much.  I'll detail them as they are relevant to the character though.  These are also D&D characters.  Below these top 5 are character concepts and ideas (d20 Modern/Near Future), and below that is something I'm not sure how to put together (X-Com related), and something I'd like to learn (Shadowrun).

1.  Victoria "Jinx" Doombringer:  Victoria is a human Hexblade made with the 3.5 rules, but her ability scores are made using 4d4+4 reroll the 1s.  Her baseline stats were 19, 18, 18, 17, 16, 16.  When moved around they were 16, 19, 18, 16, 18, 17.  She is an 11th level Forgotten Realms based character that is Lawful Neutral in alignment, and follows Hoar, the got of Retribution, but could be adjusted to Tyr, to fit in with a more good aligned party.  Her "big" items are that she has a Horn of Valhalla, a +2, Wounding, Corrosive Battle Axe, and +4 Blackened Leather Armor.  She is a sociable character with a dry sense of humor (like Dr. House), and is loyal to people, not causes.

2.  Ralf Greenstun:  Ralf is an older Human Battle-Priest (Fighter 4 / Cleric 6) of Tempus (also Forgotten Realms) character in his mid 50s created under 3.5 rules.  His wife died going on 7 years now, and his children (all 5 of them) are grown and doing their own things now.  Some even have their own kids.  But Ralf still has another fight or two left in him, and even though he's been out of the adventuring business for 30 years, he's decided to walk the world for a spell, see if he can't bring the War God to those that need it brought.  Ralf is the sense of wisdom, the grey haired older guy you don't want to call Grandpa.  He's been there and done that.  He channels Ron Pearlman, Sam Elliot, and Shepard Book.  While he was once a Chaotic Neutral pure battle priest, he's now tempered with age, and has long since shifted towards Chaotic Good.  His gear is negotiable, but he had a +2 Battle Axe, a +2 Darkwood Large Shield, +3 Banded Mail, and a +2 Ring of Protection.

3. Clarenthia Sunwing, or Claire, is a high level (Warmage 9 / Fighter 4 / Arcane Archer 5)  elven warmage and arcane archer obsessed with personal power and a place among the gods.  Rejected in marriage, rejected as being a master of the arcane, and rejected by her former employers, Claire is a dark, spiteful, elf maiden (Chaotic Evil) with baseline ability scores of 15, 20, 14, 19, 12, 16, and is most suited for a solo or anti-hero game seeking revenge on all of those who burned her for one sleight or another.  She channels Cersei Lannister, Kitiara, and a really ticked off Selene (from Underworld) into becoming a world renowned villain.  She also was made under 3.5 rules, but is not world specific.  Her big items were her bow, "Tigerstripe" an intelligent, black +3, Distance, Icy, Composite Longbow that glowed orange around cats of all shapes and sizes, Blackened, Mithril Elven Chainmail +4, a Ring of Protection +3, an Amulet of Natural Armor +3, a Headband of Intellect +4, and Boots of Speed / Haste.

4. Lief Odinsson, a human (Viking) Paladin created under Pathfinder rules at level 7, but can be adopted elsewhere.  He's not what you expect from a Paladin, but that's because where he is from, whoring about, drinking to excess, smoking, cussing, and picking fights is common place.  He's an honest guy, jovial even, and means well, but occasionally gets caught in the middle of something way over his head.  Accident prone is an understatement.  His equipment is adjustable, but he had a +1 Longsword, a +1 Shield, +2 Chainmail, and 5 Javelins of Lightning.

5. "Slick" is the alias given to the unidentified Ninja, master escape artist, master of disguise, and master of nunchucks.  The character's gender and true appearance has never been identified, but he or she is clearly a masked vigilante that Channels dardevil and the Punisher in a very urban environment game that can be for any world and may or may not include a party.  The character speaks very little and gets things across with their actions in the way I post.  He or she is an 8th level character with a ridiculous dexterity of 22.  The character is actually a half-elf female with baseline ability scores of 14, 22, 12, 14, 16, 16.  She was created with pathfinder rules, and uses a pair of +2 shocking and flaming nunchucks aptly named "Shock" and "Awe." This is combined with +4 Padded Armor, +4 Dastana Bracers, and Goggles of Darkvision.

And switching it up to something that is d20 Modern / Future in a Farcry 3-4ish story that kind of meets Lost but can be adapted to even Terminators or Predators...  However, I point out, that Undead and Zombies or goofy monsters are out of the question!  It isn't a horror story so much as an action adventure one!

1. "The Hitman" is, well, a Hitman.  Suit and tie, pistol, combat knife, and completely the one nobody expected (or wanted) to survive the plane crash or shipwreck or whatever that got him stranded in this place full of pirates, or a dictator, or evil leader in charge of the bad guys.  I'd prefer if he was around 5th or 6th level in a game where most enemies fall between level 1-3, but use modern equipment with the exception being the true bad guys who fall between the levels of 4-7.  I'm worried less about whether or not there is a party, and treating it more like it's its a survival game where the bad guys are less supernatural and more real world and not everything is out to kill me off.  Similar to again, the Farcry, Hitman, and Fallout games.

2. "The Baroness" is like the Baroness from G.I. Joe.  She's a spy, and her cover has been blown, and an organization is after her, and they've tracked her to remote location X, or city Y, and toppling those that found her and then dispatching their bosses is the name of the game.  Where it goes after that primary goal is up in the air.  This character can actually be good or bad.

And lastly, as I mentioned, I am looking to try something X-Com related.  But I'm not sure how to put it together or what it would be.  If it used d20 modern rules, clearly the Intelligen, Dedicated, and Charismatic heroes aren't really appropriate.  And the squads of soldiers would probably have high mortality rates in the battle against aliens, predators, terminators, etc.  I'm not sure if it's something I should have just 1 character for, or if I should have a whole squad, if it's for other people, or what.  But I'd be highly interested in this.

I'd also really like to try to play an Ork Street Samurai in a Shadowrun game.  I know there are many editions to the rules, and I really want to try and play them.  But I'd be a total and complete newb, so the GM in question would need to be very patient.

Anyway!

If any of this interests you, please shoot me an rMail! :)
