I'm looking for a game for a 1st Level wizard who is wanting to follow in the steps of Volothamp Geddarm, X the Mystic, & Elminster Aumar in research into known and unknown monsters.

I don't currently have a specific race, yet. But I would like to start at 1st or 2nd level and play in D&D 5e. If the rest of the party is of higher level, I'm fine with that and can even be a sort of lacky/tagalong character. I can post daily and hope to find a game that is close to that pace, as well. I can do solo or part of a party.

It's an open world game where players find groups of adventurers and set out to explore the wilds of a newly discovered continent. Since you blaze your own trail and tell your own story, you certainly could do something like that in game.

I might have an idea, if you want to do a solo thing!
