Seeking a CO-GM with a thick spine & Pathfinder experience

Got your attention?  Good.

Here's what I've got:  I have a game that is operating quite fine.  I handle almost everything on a daily basis.  My players are long term with even the newest one having been around for a year and the oldest ones for 3 or more.  The players are excellent.  They all post in paragraph format.  They all post at least twice a week (with an exception here or there that is noted).  The characters are a Royal Sorceress, a Sunite Paladin, an Orc Fighter, A Half-Fiend Fighter, a Drow Loviatian Anti-Paladin, and an Elf Ninja.  The characters have all figured out how to get along (or are currently doing so).  The game takes place in the Vast Swamp between Cormyr and Sembia in the Forgotten Realms.  I use Pathfinder Rules, though with regards to combat FEATs, I throw back to 3.5 since I don't like CMD etc.

Game's Location:  link to another game

Here's what I need:  I need an assistant GM for this game.  I need somebody with a thick spine (as the topic says) who understands that they answer to me, not the players.  I need someone who is easy going and realizes that they are stepping into an established group.  They are not taking over.  Nor will they be running amok.  I need someone who understands that I don't care what rulebook X says, the way I want it done is the way it gets done.  Just, for example, if my belief is that the Fighter is the best class in the game, you do too, even if you personally despise Fighters and think some sort of crazy Mage/Cleric/Knight combination is the best.  Even if the book's stats say it is and the Fighter sucks.  We're not going to have that debate.

Here's what you will be able to do:

1.  Play the game with the current group with a character I approve.
2.  Correct spelling and color errors for the players.
3.  Award EXP / Storybucks (I'll get into that upon RTJ).
4.  Run small scenes, side quests, and one-on-one threads with the current list of characters.  These should rarely have more than 3 different locations, 5 rooms, and require more than 15 posts from any given character to complete.  The idea is short, sweet, simple, and above all TO BE COMPLETED.  If you've spent any time on RPOL, you know almost all games die due to the slow crawl and pace.
5.  Run a side table game with new characters in the same setting / world I've already got built.  These characters will be the level 9-12 range, or the 3-6 range.  This side table game will not, under any circumstances take priority over the primary characters / scenes going on.
6.  Adapt, update, and complete the NPCs in the game.
7.  Award loot and treasure for completing side quests / scenes.
8.  Post as NPCs when they are needed.
9.  Answer game related / rules related questions.

Here's what I don't need:  I do not want or need another GM that goes poof.  If you're going to come in, be prepared to be here for at least a year or two.  Probably more.  I don't need a GM who feels the need to try and leech players into another game.  I have a pretty loyal crew.  They will let me know if you do.  I also do not need a wimpy GM who is easily butthurt or who goes with the "Whatever works" attitude towards the game.  Because no, whatever does not work and I've already specified twice that I need someone with a thick spine.  I also need someone who is an adult, and who can handle the dark humor many of the players (including myself) have, and who can be a responsible, mature adult.  If you're someone who does this ---> O.o or <O.O> or whatever, don't waste my time.  I'm not interested in L33T or goofy emotes or anything like that.  I use :P :D :( and :p and occasionally >-:[ but that's about it.  I'm not looking for somebody to take over.  I'm looking for somebody who wants to team up but isn't willing to put in a ton of extra effort to run their own game.  I've been on RPOL since 2004.  I'm not going anywhere.  Not for the foreseeable future.  So no, I am not at all interested in a potential GM who thinks (or fears) they will be taking my place.  Because no, they won't be.

Here's what you won't be able to do:

1.  Contradict me.
2.  Approve new players to the game without my consent.
3.  Add new, permanent NPCs to the game without my consent.
4.  Make changes to the rules I am using.
5.  Complicate things - That is, using odd classes, races, or source material.
6.  Kill off permanent NPCs.
7.  Kill off the primary characters in side quests or one-on-one scenes.  This is totally okay if you do it in the main quest while filling in for me / with legit dice rolls or with alternate characters in your own side game.
8.  Change my meta plot / long term game's plot.  So, for example, no, we're not getting sucked in by the Mists of Ravenloft, and you're not going to magically teleport your own sexy furry cat race.  Just no.
9.  Use or reference Anime or black and white drawing avatars.

If this works for you:  Then by all means, drop me a line.  Shoot me an RTJ and open up a dialogue.  Feel free to bombard me with questions.  I won't know what you are thinking unless you voice your thoughts.  Cool?  Great.  And I'm glad you stopped by to look at this.
