I'm looking for a GM to host a pathfinder with a small party (3 players max) where I can play a gunslinger. I would like it to be a fantasy world with early~no guns where magic prevails over technology (you could say my character is breaking new ground).

why three players max? I always find a 5 person or 6 person party is optimum for PBP

In my experience it's not. Every game I've been on here on rpol that had 5+ players on a party falls apart due to clutter, or at least 2 members give up and we continue as a 3~4 party member teams.

I'm not opposed to there being NPCs in the party, I just don't want there to be too many PCs (and yes I consider 5~6 to be too many).

I appreciate your point of view. After running parties of 2-4 before Ive found that 5-6 work better because if someone poofs, you can still continue. and frequently real life causes a player or two here or there to not be able to post for a while and there are still people moving the game along

Not sure if this is what you are interest in, but I'm working on putting together a game called Agents of the Shield, set in Alkenstar on Golarion. It's a null-magic zone, so the Dwarves of the area have invented firearms.
