I've always wanted to play a game of Shadowrun, but all the ones I've managed to get into have died before they started. Don't care if it's solo or group, but keep in mind that I'm new to the system and haven't done a particularly deep dive on the lore.

I've also got barely a clue what shadow run is. It looks like fun so I want to learn it. If a GM pops in, I might be in with ya

Experienced with the system but never played a game that didn't fade out. I have the Anniversary edition (SR4A) but I've seen some great runs using FATE too. Looking to play if a GM appears for us.

My experience with the lore is pretty solid, and extremely solid with the systems.

Fair notice, even if I can greenlight a campaing for you folks, it may take a couple weeks to get all the little cyber-ducks in a row and be ready for primetime; I'm a little rusty at the GMing business at the moment.

Well, no, I will promise you one thing: I won't ever just disappear.  If the worst happens, and I can't run the game anymore, I'll come right out and say so - and put some effort into helping the group find a replacement GM.  If I can't even come up with a good campaign concept, I'll say so here.  You'll all be as in the loop as myself, for sure.

I've run 4th edition Shadowrun exactly once, and it was the dumbest thing I've ever run. I'm talking centaur cyborgs with motorcycles for their lower half, stealing the New Coke formula for the Pepsi Corporation, subsequently stealing Pepsiman drone plans from Pepsi's weapons research division, a mage hijacking an organ cloning facility to produce dinosaurs, and a Japanese team of Shadowrunners who were literally Power Rangers. If you want Pink Mohawk, I'm your man.

Wow, that goes even beyond Pink Mohawk.

I would also be interested in joining for some shadowrun fun. I've got to admit though, I only have experience with 5th edition, not 4th.
