Character for a city-based campaign, Pathfinder (Negotiable)

So, i've got a character concept in mind. This character i want to play would be a character that's affiliated with, say, the guards to a city; preferably in the investigative scene, almost like a detective. Outwardly, they will be lawful good; however, in reality they're a sadistic and borderline psychotic individual who murders, manipulates, etc. not for power or higher standing, but because he firmly believe the world is broken an un-fixable, so he's going to enjoy himself. Pretty much a corrupt psychotic individual "for teh evulz".

Again, outwardly, he'll seem innocent, lawful, and good. Otherwise though, he'll murder "for fun" or do things along those lines and use his position to cover it up; and i don't mean "get away with it because you're a cop". I mean he's going to use his position to try and avert suspicion, and to possibly dump it on someone else.

This character can work with both an evil party and a good party. The evil party for obvious reasons, but when it comes to good parties, the likelyhood is that he will be using his usual public facade, and only enjoy himself in the more criminal way when they're not looking. Hey, it would be pretty dang dramatic/etc if the party found out that the guy who's been killing people all along was standing with them, right? Note: i have no plans to use this character to harm or kill party members. Sure, if he's cornered and they try and bring him to justice, he'll fight back, but otherwise, no fighting the party. Also, if it wasn't obvious, this guy might be best in an adult rated game. Of course i'm going to follow the RPoL rules word for word, but do you expect things to be clean?

So, any GMs out there willing to take a character that isn't everything slapped on the front of the box?

link to another game
mature game

i am reviving a game i was running a while ago.

the party would actually benefit from someone who would clean up after them as they try to depose a corrupt government,

and as you said

RedTeamPyro:
...because he firmly believe the world is broken an un-fixable, so he's going to enjoy himself....

and what you believe is ...shocker ... true.

as a member of the guard you would have some latitude to pardon certain actions as "for the greater good" or "for law and order" or really any bovine scatology you decide to spin.
