I'm interested in a solo or duo game where we join a small group of settlers in breaking new ground in a strange land. This could lend itself to many genres; humans fleeing the destruction of Earth to a new solar system, dwarves carving a new stronghold out of the mountain, mutants fleeing persecution in the wasteland.

Going on adventures would be fine, but I'm also interested in affecting the welfare of the colony, and having a say in it's direction and focus. I'd like as much in the way of intellectual or social problems (they don't need to really deep and complex, just interesting) as good oldfashioned fighting. As for system, I'm not too fussed, as long as it's not freeform, but 5th is the only edition of D&D I really enjoy these days. Finally, I want a solo or duo game so I don't get lost in the confusion because I only log in once a day.

Tempted to run something.... what other systems would you be interested in running with? I could see a sci fi thing with story teller system happening maybe....

One verson of gamma world or another for mutants could be fun too....

I've played 5E but wouldn't say I know it enough to gm it.

I'm not that familiar with a lot of systems, but I'm willing to learn, and find a copy if necessary, from DriveThru or the like.

I know D&D as I've said, NWoD, and Call of Cthulhu, which I believe runs on a sort of BRP. If necessary, I could play Rules Cyclopedia D&D, or 1st or 2nd edition. I'm afraid I just can't get into 3rd/PF or 4th, though.

Is there a particular system you'd like to run? I can have a look and see if I like the sound of it.

I could do 2nd- I started on 2nd edition so its not too hard to run for me. Bit of a trip down memory lane, what type of idea shall we go with, dwarf? Or something else, I guess the sky is the limit when you go solo!
