I haven't played a psionic character before and would love to give it a try.

are you talking about the rpg called Psionics: the next stage in evolution or just a Psionics based game... just wondering :)

Psionics based game 3.5 preferably since that is what I know best.

I run 2 games using Pathfinder rules, and do allow psionics in both. I use the dreamscarred press version of the psionics classes, which were the 3.5 psionics updated to pathfinder. If youre interested let me know.
