I've had it in my head now that I want to be in a small group game that revolves around dark and or seedy underworld stuff. I plan to play a rogue (most likely lawful evil alignment) who essentially works as a sword for hire / hit man. I'd like to have a group and a narrative that's like-minded in wanting this.

If you've ever read the "The Night Angel" trilogy, huge bonus points as you'll have a really good idea of what I have in mind. Lot's of stealth, political turmoil, plot twists, and shady  characters.
