Mutant Abilities:
Intangibility (Major Mutant Super Ability):

the ability to become intangible or be unaffected by most normal attacks.
Is effected by electricity doing half damage and by gasses and psionics that do full damage.
Cannot touch or pick up any objects while intangible by can speak and hear
normally. Can pass through solid objects without effect.
takes no damage from falls or explosions. Can sink into the earth and can walk on smoke and water.
Can become intangible or tangible at almost the speed of thought
(Treat as automatic parry).
Cannot engage in combat while intangible; however, character can quickly
change back and forth.
Machines do not work while intangible but passing through them does no
harm to them. Appears to be semitransparent.

Heightened Presence Sense:
This ability is a heightened variation of the
presence sense ability. The ability is a reflexive, sixth sense like and
alerts the Psi-Ghost to the presence of all intelligent beings within the
abilities detection range. If the character focuses all attention on this
ability (Takes 1D4 melee rounds), it becomes a psychic radar that can
determine the exact location and number of presences.
Additionally, the ability alerts the character if they are being observed
surveillance systems that are manned by sentient beings.
It gives the character a case of the "jitters" are the hair stands back
on her neck. The psi-ghost can also locate the operator
if they are within their abilities range.
 Basic Skill: 60% + 2% per level of experience.
Rolls are not required to detect presence only to pinpoint locations.
Range: 25 feet (7.6 meters) plus 5 feet (1.5 meters) per level of experience.
Duration: Automatic & Constant (Costs no I.S.P.)
