Rogue Trader
I can potentially offer a game to no mroe then 6 players, though the theme I have in mind may not appeal, depending on your desires for what you'd like to get up to.
To present you with a short blurb and some background info.
The blaring of sirens rips through the ship and tears off duty crewmembers out of their beds, drinking holes and gambling dens. It's a siren that not even the laziest would try to ignore and that turns the strongest pale with dread.
The Geller field is under stress.
It was supposed to be a regular, routine trip to the Catageo system to deliver and receive shipments for Imperial tithe, a shakedown cruise for a newly acquired dynasty vessel. Now, the souls of every person onboard are in dire danger of being lost to the Warp and the insatiable appetites of endless demons.
As bulkheads groan, pockets of unreality slip through the ship.
In cargo hold B2, workers are reunited with dead and gone family members, friends and lovers.
In the Astropathic chamber, the blind pyskers giber about the coming of the Great One and start to slit their own throats to escape.
Some open doors to find themselves back on their home worlds, and only realize that something's wrong when those same doors slam shut behind them.
And everywhere, demons stalk the halls.
The entire ship groans in terrible pain as emergency measures are engaged, 0.17 seconds after the geller field, and is hurled back into real space, spinning fore over aft with such force that gravity fails in many of the older sections of the vessel and human beings are reduced to little more then stains on deck plates and bulk heads.
The ship has reached its destination, the Catageo system, but it's not the arrival desired. Warp horrors still linger in too many places, the ship is wounded throughout, and some of the few coherent astropaths and navigators confirm the worst.
Warp storms have descended and the system is now an island in the middle of madness. Until they pass, everyone is in a system sized prison.

Play will pick up immediately after a disastrous Warp event has hurtled you into a sector now encased in Warp storms and stranded you in the same. The system is one you're not too familiar with, but is made up of three worlds.
The agricultural world Erhas, the forge world Argusta, and the hive world Veldeschach manage a fairly self sufficient arrangement, although all three naturally offer the expected Imperial tithe.
The goal of your entrapped dynasty is going to be a mix of survival and stopping the system from falling into anarchy now that its link to the rest of the Imperium is severed. Bear in mind that it means the usual theme of deep space exploration will be gone, and the focus will be heavily tied to empire building and politics.
The first arc of the game will take place over several decades, with downtime lasting years or longer. Also be warned that astropaths and navigators will lack their primary roles. I won't stop anyone from making them, but that's a word of warning. Ratlings and Ogryns are permitted. Other abhumans and Xenos are, if they fit the feel of the crew and the dynasty.
No Orks, however.
