Crafter/trader

Was wanting to attempt a crafter or/and trader to rp in a game.i would prefer a d&d setting but any will do.

I might not be familiar with your type of game but willing to learn.

Will modify (trade profs/feats/skills) to make the character fit with gms approval.

Crafter/trader

I am starting (hopefully soon) a new Pathfinder game using a lot of elements from a few of the Pathfinder 3rd-perty system rules (Rhune and Terah mostly) which are steam punk-type setting. Would this interest you? I've never combined these settings in this way, though I have used (as both GM and player) elements from all of these games.

It would be set in a game world of my own devising... taking elements from forgotten realms, darksun, eberron and pathfinder and making them my own. I'm pretty lax on rules (for the most part) as I believe the PCs and the story line should be the main focus of the game.

Tek (technology/steampunk "stuff" and psionics) will be the main/driving force, replacing arcane magic for the most part. Arcane magic takes a "backseat" in this setting; and is a completely different element than psionics or steampunk technology.



I am most familiar with D&D 3.0/3.5, Eberron, Forgotten Realms and Pathfinder. I have no issue with running a game in any of these settings. If you want, feel free to PM me with more information on what you were looking for.

What "class" were you wanting to use to accomplish this.

I actually need someone to be a crafter trader you would be tasked with supplying any thing the players need to continue thier quests.

The players in turn would need to provide you with the raw materials to craft with.

You like every other player would be given a mission to find ( or help find) 100 missing explorers, you are given an advance on the monetary reward for doing so. (9000gp)

Once on location you would be cut off from normal supply lines and would depend wholly on the other players and NPCs  to keep you crafting trading buisiness alive.

Warning there is a planer trait that effects magic negatively, so bring ing magic to the new plane has the potential to make expencive paperweights. So for the sake of your hair dont bring them ...yet. If there are magic divides you absolutely need, place them on hold to be shipped to you once you find a way to protect them from the planer trait.
