Anyone interested in running a game where the characters are D-list supers (e.g. D-man, Texas Twister, Triton, etc) going up against D-list villains (Mandrill, Enforcer, Blue-Streak, Firebrand, etc)?

A more story-centered system would probably work better than a crunchy one. I'm thinking Marvel Heroic, Wushu, or maybe Fate. I like the old FASERIP system too. M&M could work, but it's in the crunchy zone.

I would love a "loser super" game. I would have so much fun playing a "Superhero League of Hoboken" style game with such characters as King Midas (he can turn anything he touches into a muffler) or The Crimson Tape with the power of organizational bureaucracy.

To clarify, I was thinking more lesser known supers than supers with useless powers ala Mystery Men.
