Mutants and Masterminds 2 Edition Coming into there own!
Looking for a GM to run a Mutants and Masterminds 2 Edition game. The world is one in that superpowers are just starting to erupt in the populous. Do to some unknown event. The technology for the enchantment of humans has already been in the world for over twenty years. Leading to cyborgs, super soldiers and super suits. But all that takes money. And not just any Hay Jo on the street can walk in and get it. Or if you do you are a test subject for some new experimental project. Players would start out power level 10 180 power points.
