I'm working on writing my own megadungeon, but have had very few occasions to play in one, despite the fact that many of the classic adventures that came out of D&D took that form. Is there anyone who would be willing to run a megadungeon game for myself (running the whole party) or a small party (4-6) in any of the d20 systems? I'm fine with AD&D, 3rd-5th ed, 13th age, Dungeon Crawl Classics, whatever is most convenient for the DM. I'd also be perfectly happy running through a pre-made dungeon, should that be the game runner's preference.

Are you asking for someone to, ideally, run the one you're writing? I'm interested in running something but I don't know about that...

I'm more than willing to play a 3.5 game, as a player.

I might be able to run said 3.5 Dungeon.

the question is how much character development are you willing to do before arriving at the dungeon?

because at minimum I would need you to complete a small campaign arc

• give your players a reason to seek out the dungeon
• so that your characters could find said dungeon
• and than find a way in

I'm fine with an arc that leads us there (especially if it gives us a reason to be curious about the history of the dungeon and not just exploring to loot the place).

Color me interested as well, though I would probably use a version of B/X or a light version of D20. Blackmoor anyone? It would be more of a traditional dungeon crawl, go in slay the monster grab the treasure. Though rumors could be explored and NPCs may offer payment for tasks completed.
