I'd be eager to join a PTU game using the pre-made Campaign Babel from the sci-fi splatbook,"Do Porygon Dream of Mareep." The problem seems to come from finding anyone willing to run a game, or even other players.

 I have a large handful of possible concepts to play in such a game, but the top two in my head at the moment would be the following:

 A researcher looking to climb the corporate ladder within Silph or Devon in order to further his own personal research in genetic manipulation.

 A young Hacker looking to do his own variety of investigative journalism regarding the various mega-corporations while trying to stay one step ahead of other investigators, runners and law enforcement.

Still looking, if anyone's interested in running.

Honestly, I have a character I'd really like to play if such a game did pop up. I've been looking over the upgrader and pokebot rules and think about how potentially fun it could be to play a hacker in an environment that allowed such things.
