Mythic Pathfinder with a specific ability

I had an idea for a game today, but sadly don't have the free-time to run it. Basically, players are part of a group of individuals known as "The Forgotten." Every member of the group has the mythic trickster ability No One of Consequence, and as such no one can remember them. The PCs might be new inductees into an ancient secret society, a new group they founded themselves, or something in between.

Ideally, the game would focus on non-combat challenges. I'm fine with combat being a secondary part of the story, but stuff like exploration, world-building, political intrigue, socializing, and other aspects of the game should be more prevalent. The use of violence doesn't need to be frowned upon, in fact it might be encouraged in some circumstances, but the group shouldn't be engaging in life or death combat every day. Downtime mechanics from Ultimate Campaign would be useful as well.

Mechanics-wise, I'd like the level-range to be between 5-10, with mythic tier between 1-3 (so PCs don't all need to take the trickster path, can take the Dual Path mythic feat). I'd also like to have access to the Dreamscarred Psionics material, perhaps Path of War as well. At these levels, PCs usually have enough power to play around with, have some abilities that can be used outside of combat situations without making the PC useless for the rest of the day, and could realistically be on their way to a mythic destiny.
