A relatively simple idea, sort of a twist on the Kingmaker Adventure Path. But instead of being a motley crew of adventurers carving out a kingdom, all characters are members or allies of the same barbarian tribe, embarking on a campaign of savage conquest, for the glory of their gods and ancestors.

I'd like for something with a bit of a sword and sorcery vibe, with maybe a bit of flavor of the barbarian invasions of Rome. The characters wouldn't be strictly 'good,' nor would they be evil: they would be out for conquest and glory.

Anyone willing to run this? I am open to Pathfinder, DnD 5e, 13th Age or a generic system like Fate or Savage Worlds adapted for fantasy.

Edit: for clarification, not every character would have to be a barbarian class. There could be any variety of classes, as long as they are flavored to be savage/barbarian. But I figure all characters would have to be of the same race (likely human) or perhaps half-breeds with other races.

Sounds fun. I'm currently full up, but depending on when this comes about, I'd be interested if its 13th Age (first choice), 5e, or Fate. PFRPG or SW, probably not.

A Barbaric Kingmaker game sounds like a blast, if someone with a bit more experience in running on here is available then count me in.

For the sake of potential GMs, which system(s) would you all be interested in playing? I had suggested a variety of systems, and I figure it would be helpful if it was clear to any potential GM which system would be the most popular for this idea.

Well I know pathfinder and 5e so either of those would be preferable, but could learn 13th age if that's what's picked. I'd prefer to not use fate, but I've never done SW

Pathfinder would be preferable to me, but I think I could do 5e as well.

Sounds exciting, i am up for anything but Fate.

I like pathfinder, and I would probably look at shaman or healer type characters.

I would love to play if it's going to be run as a pathfinder game. I've had a burning desire to play this AP, ever since joining two kingmaker games that never got off the ground. Looking forward to a fun filled good time!
