Was wondering if anyone was running a game or planned on running something in the Warcraft universe?

For me, I personally don't like much of the lore that has come from WoW, primarily anything after Burning Crusade. But I can put aside my own grievances of that.

I don't have much in mind for what kind of game it should be. A classic high adventure seems best, but I could get into something like exploration, survival, diplomatic, or war based.

For systems, D&D would be easiest. My preferences would be 2nd, 4th, and Pathfinder. There is the Warcraft d20 RPG, which is available for download, but the 2nd edition of that would be best and could easily be modified to be more like Pathfinder.

Anyway, just putting out some feelers for something Warcraft based. Gotta be some people out there who'd wanna play in that world.

Ideally which faction would you be wanting to play? Horde or Alliance? Or did you have more of an idea of a mix like in the Warcraft games?

I'm not partial to Alliance or Horde. A mix could have some fun potential. If anything, being a member of an independent faction would probably be best.

I've been playing a lot of WoW lately and I do like the setting and its lore. I want to do some gaming therein, but not sure which faction. Both have their benefits.

I'm thinking that I will run it with Pathfinder Unchained, when that comes out.

While I don't have time to be in charge of the crunch parts of a game on my own, I would be willing to co-GM a game and help with story stuff to keep things rolling.

I would love to join such a game, if you need more players of course.
