I'm in a couple of 5e games and enjoying them, but the classes really come into their own at levels 2 and 3. Anybody out there to run something where we can explore more of the options from the start?

I'd offer to run this but I don't own the GM book or the monster manual and won't be getting them anytime soon more than likely. Can't run a game up to my standard without them unfortunately. Count me as another interested player, though.

Maybe I could do it, as long as I get a little more data on what kind of game, or that you be right with a rehash of the isle of dread or some modules like the werewolves of haralgador or the cursed module I have never finished.

All I ask is for someome of you to return the favor. It doesn't necessarily have to be 5e, 3.x or 4e is fine too,  I just feel the need to play a sorcerer on my terms.

Sounds fair. The only thing I'm running right now, though, is 13th Age (currently 2nd level), but could squeeze you in if you wanted.

I enjoy a good bit of hack-and-slash seasoned with roleplay, or the other way around. I'm terrible at intrigue and not very good at mysteries, but flexible beyond that. Modules and rehashes are fine. I've been playing since 1979, so I have plenty of experience with that kind of play!.

Looks like quite a few players already. Is there still room? I have the Player's Handbook, but have yet to try it.

Luckily I have everything. I have been looking over all of the stuff I have. I am willing to put together a campaign that will begin at third level. I am already starting to formulate the story in my mind. If everyone is still interested I will start getting it down and on here. You are free to rmail me if you want or I will check this thread throughout the day and week. For those that are still interested I am allowing core phb only since this will be the first 5e campaign that I have run. Please let me know.
