If Knell runs a game, I would like to join so long as the posting frequency is not hourly.  I will watch this thread.

I'd also be very interested in playing. Dresden Files is great fun

Currently listening to the Knights of the Night AP podcast. I would be willing to pick up the books if there was a game to play.

Note, I have never played a Fate game and am not a Dresden reader either. I just really like the system as I have experienced while listening to the podcast.

Y'know...  I'd really like to play in a Dresden Files game too.

I'm currently running Dresden Files with FATE Core rules for my home group. It would be an easy thing to run it PbP, as well.

What sort of game are people up for? Mystery? Action? Drama? Wardens? Normals? Practitioners? Etc?

If you all are getting a serious dresden game together, I would love play as well!  Haven't had the chance yet.

I would enjoy some action and social intrigue, but I am open to just about anything.  I enjoy gathering information for the big wigs to direct, and do not want to play the most powerful character in the game.

Mysteries are my preferred sort of Dresden games.

I've never had a chance to try out a full practitioner, which would be awesome. I also have an idea for a straight vanilla mortal that I'd enjoy running. Maybe eventually transition him into a knight of the cross-type.

I think a mystery game would be my choice as well.

Since I haven't read or played Dresden, I'd be happy with any of the choices for characters. My entire experience if the system/cannon is from listening to the Knights of the Night podcast.

They seem to mix between all if the character types.

I just started up a game myself, so it'll be awhile until I'm ready to run a second.

I would certainly toss in an RTJ if someone else takes up the mantle!

I just tried to join the only DFRPG game that is excepting RTJ's and it's all full up.

I bought the book and made a character and now really want to play in a game. Is anyone else still looking to find one or did you all join that game?

The Blackthorn Community Services Society is an umbrella common to all of the PCs.  The Founder and Coordinator recently died and with it, certain protections he had brought with him.  The city has been a supernatural neutral-zone for almost a decade.  But now... well, things may change...

Please be prepared to workshop your character, starting from the concept.  Everything may be challenged.  I value internal consistency (narrative should mirror mechanics) and discussion.  It's a -lot- of up-front work, but it's worth it.  Also, since I'm at it.... please don't submit concepts you don't, actually, want to play.
