I am potentially looking for a co-GM to help run a D&D 3.5/Iron Heroes game here on RPOL.  I have not used co-GMs in the past for this style of game, but have had experience with co-GMs in larger-scale sandbox formats.  For several years I participated in a WOD sandbox game with several co-GMs, and ran a similar game with a partner.

This game is not a sandbox; it has a fairly static party, and a fairly linear plot.  However, there is some open-endedness for players to branch of into side plots of their own.  In addition to this, I want to create the feeling of a living, breathing world that continues to revolve even outside the players' immediate sphere of action.

My idea for a co-GM at this time would be someone who would serve as a co-conspirator of sorts in weaving the game's plots.  Someone who would run minor "faceless" NPCs such as guards, townsfolk, and other non-plot-related characters.  As the game expands there would be the potential for taking control of more important NPCs, as well as developing original NPCs and pseudo-PCs.  Other responsibilities may include operating side quests and managing combat.

I am more interested in finding someone adept with story- and character-building than someone who is very rules-savvy.  It is important that I find someone with a similar sense of vision, theme, and plot.  Someone who is willing to shell out thoughts and ideas, but who would also realize that I have final say on in-game matters.  Obviously, I would not want to be at-odds with my co-GM.
