Hey all.  I'm looking for a PF game that has the resilience to last.  I don't expect it to run until the heat death of the universe, but at least long enough to complete a specific adventure/narrative.

  I prefer games with a more serious tone, where player actions actually make a difference in the outcome of events.

  Starting above level 1 would be a bonus.

Centuries ago, a civil war raged between two Temerian Lords - a war that, when won, would bring stability to the Kingdom for years. King Ennis Temer, of the first Bloodline of Temerian Kings was attacked in a grasp for power by Duvyuke Randall Trance. Duke Trance was defeated and his house re-united with the kingdom, but King Temer did not let his allies get off easily. Baron Stonevelt was one such ally, and upon the conclusion of the war, were sent to 'Conquer the Stormlands' in order to get them out of the king's hair. They dutifully carried out these orders that amounted to exile, but instead of perishing in the jungle, the Stonevelts thrived. And this, the Kingdom of Storms was born.

In Modern day, the Stormlands are once more part of the Temerian Kingdom, in name, if nothing else. The Stormlanders pay their taxes to King Niall when they can - but no army dares march into the stormlands to enforce the Kingdom's laws on it's people.

   I have a Pathfinder game currently running, it's been doing good. It just started about a month ago and is already at 500 posts. I am recently down 2 players due to one having family issues, and the other work issues. So I am looking for 1-2 more players to take their spots (you can roll up new characters, I just want to "fill the seats").
