Your examples do indeed show a good idea of what the supers should be capable of, and I think I can work with that in Window terms. Thank you for providing them.
As for the french resistance movement I am not sure that would work as well as you hope, due to a number of factors not the least of which is I do not know enough about it to give an accurate representation, and also many of the tactics employed by the french resistance are also being applied by groups of people who now are at war with the countries where the majority of RPOL users reside, and naturally this would cause some mental friction between the environment of the game and IRL which might lead to high player turnover.
Now all that said, I think what you have suggested with the classes, while great examples, don't get me wrong: are too limited for a game on RPOL and even more so if we are using The Window as our system. I would need to take some time to look at the system and figure out a reasonable rubric for players creating characters at the right power level and with appropriate tone for the setting.
Now, on to other matters: what point/area in the war were you thinking of setting this in: the Nazi invasions, the 'Battle of Britain' phase, the bombing of Pearl Harbor, the long march up country, the fall of the Reich, or the war in the pacific?
(Considering that I am doubtful of the French Resistance as a basis for a lasting game...)
