I ran across the Dog Town system when doing research on crime games for something else, and it's really intrigued me. In short, real-crime RPG set in 1970s New York, with the player character(s) needing to raise a great deal of money in not a lot of time, with suggested game themes running from gritty realism to Tony Montana.

So, here's what I'm wanting: A solo or small game, as DT is designed for one or very few PCs, with the standard goal of $100k in 90 days, but with the potential to continue into the long road to crime lord-dom.

The themes of the game pretty much require a Mature tag at the very least, and probably would be best with an Adult tag.

I intend to use this game to learn the system, since I haven't had the opportunity to do so, so I'd need someone patient enough to deal with someone learning on the go.

I likewise stumbled across the game a while back and I'd like to join a small game as a player, but I'm not familiar enough with it to GM. There was another player advertizing in GMs Wanted last year, so there may be three interested players, but no takers for the position of GM yet.
