Looking for one or two specific games: a solo/small group game in D&D 3.5/Pathfinder. I'd prefer Eberron or Forgotten Realms, but I'm open to whatever. I'd also be open to doing something in a sandbox game, if there's room.

1) I want to run a shop in a major city. Either I'd like to run a magic shop, and the game would focus around adventuring for material components, rare spells, troubleshooting for special clients, etc., but the shop would figure pretty heavily. If a small group, the other characters would be hirelings/friends/employees/regular mercenaries.

2) Thieves. Same idea as before, most likely, where the shop is the front for crime. This would probably be a bit more of a political, Shadowrun-esque game. The game would focus on researching targets, or being contacted by clients for specific items. We'd have to navigate the treacherous waters of the thieves' guild(s), and avoid making too many enemies, and dealing with those we do make.
