Game set in the Dishonored Universe

So, I've got myself a strange idea that has been gnawing at my skull for a little while now. I watched two Let's Plays of Dishonored recently, one with high chaos, one with low chaos -- I didn't play it through myself as I am utter rubbish at it! -- and I thought to myself, this world is so in depth, so incredibly detailed, and it really doesn't begin to scratch the surface. Dishonored is a game that, I feel, squandered its setting while still making an enjoyable game. I presume the DLC has expanded on parts of it, but I haven't watched those yet, so that's irrelevant.

My point is, I think it would make for a really neat environment to play in, and to that effect, I want to see if anyone else would be interested in such a game.

Initial investigation indicates that Mutants and Masterminds might be able to provide the mechanics for such a game. Probably a lower PL, heavy emphasis on runes and bone charms (i.e. devices). Each character would bear the Mark of the Outsider, and I'd like to see it set in between the assassination of Empress Jessamine and Corvo's escape from Coldridge. I think that's a fertile time when things were really heating up.

What would we be doing? I would like to play a noble of some sort who dabbles in natural philosophy, with an affinity for spiders. I imagine the plot itself could be assassination based, with research, preparation, upgrades, and finally the actual plan being put into motion. More like Lady Boyle's Last Party than Return to the Tower -- or, in other words, more of a social setting than a straight-up assault on Dunwall Tower. But there could certainly be situations where we'd want to Return to the Tower.

Whether or not we stick to canon is entirely up to the group. I have no preference either way -- obviously we'd be mucking around with the canon by playing in it at all, but whether we want Hiram to be Lord Regent, have the Admiral doing his thing, all that jazz, that's up for discussion. After all, the Admiral might have hired us to try and take Hiram down! We might fail, and end up setting the whole of the game into motion...

Anyways, these are just random thoughts, and I want to see whether anyone else is interested in this idea or not.
