I'm requesting a GM to run an
Engine Heart game. If you don't know, it's a relatively simple game about robots trying to survive and get by as best they can in a post apocalyptic world where the humans are gone for one reason or another, and the threat of running out of power or being reprogrammed or recycled for parts by other robots lurks around every corner. It's a free game that can be downloaded either from the creator's website at Viral Games, or from retailers like DriveThruRPG.com and RPGNow.com.
If any Programmer (what the GM is called in this game) is interested, I'd most prefer a mostly light-hearted, action-adventure comedy with the player robots frequently facing combat or environmental dangers. Probably something similar to movies like
9,
The Brave Little Toaster,
Toy Story, or
WALL-E, in which a ragtag bunch of misfits are on a mission or adventure, facing against unlikely odds yet by luck and determination somehow survive and overcome each challenge put before them. As a result, I also hope the players will be able to alter and improve their robots over time to reflect responses to their experiences, such as wanting to construct their own upgrades or finding and installing some as they go along.
Anyhow, if interested, please contact me.
You can check the game out here
Engine Heart (DriveThruRPG.com) or here
Engine Heart (RPGNow.com).
